Grand Ducal Decree for Establishing the Council of Ministers
We, Paul, by the grace of God, Grand Duke of Greifenberg, are pleased to proclaim that it is deemed expedient to establish the Council of Ministers as the chief executive organ of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg in accordance with the laws of Our Realm.
ARTICLE 1
The Council of Ministers is the chief executive body of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg. Each government minister is responsible to the Grand Duke for the particular portfolio (or portfolios) with which he or she has been entrusted.
As a collegiate branch of government, the council executes only those duties which have been expressly entrusted to it by law (or upon decree by the Grand Duke). All other governmental duties reside with the minister of the responsible ministry. The council’s most important responsibilities are to advise the Grand Duke as requested and to debate and pass bills.
ARTICLE 2
The Council of Ministers shall consist of five (5) government ministers:
Minister of State (Head of Government) and Minister for Foreign and Micronational Affairs;
Minister of the Interior, Justice and State Security (Deputy Minister of State);
Minister for Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, National Development and Technology;
Minister for Public Works and Environmental Affairs;
Minister for Cultural Affairs, Education, National Identity, Health and Sport.
The Minister of State shall chair the council meetings. In his absence, the Deputy Minister of State shall serve as chair.
ARTICLE 3
The council shall meet no less than four times every year and it shall also meet whenever needed under a call from its chairman.
The council meeting shall be correct with the presence of at least three of its members, including the chairman. Its decisions shall be issued by the majority of the attendees opinions.
ARTICLE 4
The council may form permanent or professional committees among its members or other to investigate the matters as necessary.

Grand Ducal Decree for Abrogation of the Constitution
We, Paul, by the grace of God, Grand Duke of Greifenberg, are pleased to proclaim that it is deemed expedient to abrogate the 2005 Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg in accordance with the laws of Our Realm.
In order to effect the abrogation of the Constitution, We decree the following:
• Abrogation of the 2005 Constitution
• Dissolution of the State Council; and
• Continuation of Existing Laws

Grand Ducal Decree Announcing the Introduction of a New National Flag
We, Paul, by the grace of God, Grand Duke of Greifenberg, are pleased to proclaim the introduction of a new national flag to commemorate the annexation of the territory of Altenwald.
The new flag, a tricolor, features the addition of a second royal blue stripe, signifying the annexation of Altenwald. The new flag also features the addition of an eagle, as featured on the national coat of arms. The coat of arms, in miniature, appears on the breast of the eagle.
The introduction of the new national flag is in accordance with the existing laws of Our Realm.

Grand Ducal Decree Announcing the Annexation of Altenwald
We, Paul, by the grace of God, Grand Duke of Greifenberg, are pleased to proclaim that 0.8 hectares (2 acres) of land adjacent to the territory of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg is hereby officially annexed. The annexation of this new territory, to be known as Altenwald, is in accordance with the existing laws of Our Realm.

Grand Ducal Decree for Establishing the State Central Bank of the
Grand Duchy of Greifenberg
We, Paul, by the grace of God, Grand Duke of Greifenberg, are pleased to proclaim that it is deemed expedient to establish the State Central Bank of Greifenberg (Landeszentralbank Greifenberg) as the central banking institution of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg in accordance with the laws of Our Realm.
ARTICLE 1
The State Central Bank of Greifenberg shall be responsible for promoting the efficient functioning of the financial system in the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg. he Greifenberg financial system and continues to foster economic growth and development through sound and effective monetary management.
ARTICLE 2
The main responsibilities of the State Central Bank of Greifenberg shall include: issue and redemption of currency; maintenance of national monetary and financial stability; serve as banker to the grand ducal government, and the protection of the external value of the Greifenberg Krone (GKR).
The State Central Bank of Greifenberg is also responsible for managing the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg’s foreign exchange and gold reserves, as well as setting the official interest rate which is used to manage both inflation and the nation’s exchange rate.
ARTICLE 3
The State Central Bank of Greifenberg is the only institution entitled to print, issue and destroy banknotes and coin in the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg. Private contractors shall mint all coins and print all banknotes on behalf of the Bank.
ARTICLE 4
The head of the State Central Bank of Greifenberg shall be known as the Director of the State Central Bank of Greifenberg and shall be appointed to the position by the Head of Government and approved by HRH the reigning Grand Duke of Greifenberg.
