GREIFENBERG – An official of the Greifenberg State Police (GSP) reported today that Paul Kellett, State Minister for Economic Affairs, has been removed from his post. According to GSP officials, Kellett has been under investigation for unauthorized access to diplomatic communications and allegedly attempting to disrupt diplomatic relations between the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg and the Republic of Molossia.
Kellett, who has served as a government minister since 2006, admitted to having accessed the official email account of HRH Grand Duke Paul and sending several emails to H.E. President Baugh with the grand duke's signature. According to GSP spokesman Major Jeffrey Archer, “Kellett’s objective was to foment discord between the two micronational leaders and, if possible, to promote a breach in relations between Griefenber and Molossia.”
Although removed from his post as State Minister for Economic Affairs, no charges have yet been filed against Kellett.
