Restoration of Absolute Monarchy in Greifenberg
Abrogation of Constitution announced; new Council of Ministers established.

GREIFENBERG – HRH Grand Duke Paul stunned observers yesterday when he issued a new grand ducal decree announcing the abrogation of the grand duchy's 2005 Constitution. The issuance of the decree has, in effect, restored absolute monarchy in the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg.
A second decree, issued this morning, establishes a Council of Ministers as the chief executive body of the Grand Duchy of Greifenberg. The title of the Head of Government (equivalent to a Prime Minister) has been changed to Minister of State and some ministerial portfolios have been reallocated. The new Council of Ministers is comprised of the following ministers:

Minister of State (Head of Government) and Minister for Foreign and Micronational Affairs
MARTIN FOOR
Minister of the Interior, Justice and State Security (concurrently Deputy Minister of State)
DAWN SHERMAN
Minister for Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, National Development and Technology
DR. ERIC STONE
Minister for Public Works and Environmental Affairs
EVELYN JANSEN
Minister for Cultural Affairs, Education, National Identity, Health and Sport
